Oh, what a summer it's been!
Quarter three is traditionally a quieter quarter at Intrepid, with many of our team taking some well-deserved time off to relax, recharge and enjoy a little sunshine!
But even with summer holidays in full swing, there's still been plenty happening behind the scenes. From team catch-ups and personal celebrations to exciting milestones and new opportunities, the Intrepid spirit has continued to shine through.
As we say goodbye to summer and welcome autumn, we're taking a look back at the highlights of Q3 and looking ahead to the final few months of 2026!

A wonderful festival-style weekend in Wales was the perfect setting to celebrate the wedding of Millie and Luke!
With gorgeous weather, a beautiful setting and an even more gorgeous couple, it certainly looked like a weekend to remember!

Goodbye and Good Luck to Hugh
At the end of September, we said farewell to Hugh as he moved on to an exciting new opportunity with one of our clients.
Hugh has made a fantastic contribution during his time at Intrepid, building strong relationships with both the team and our clients. His hard work, commitment and positive attitude have been greatly appreciated.
While we'll certainly miss having Hugh as part of the Intrepid team day to day, the good news is that it's not a complete goodbye! We'll continue working with him in his new role, just from the other side of the table!

💪 Team Challenges – Looking Ahead to 2027!
Our team challenges have been a little quieter in 2026, but we're already looking ahead to making 2027 a fit, fun and active year for Team Intrepid!
From walking and running to cycling, swimming and nationally organised events, we're exploring new ways to bring the team together, encourage friendly competition and support everyone's health and wellbeing.
With plenty of ideas welcome, we're looking forward to getting everyone involved and making 2027 our most active year yet! 💚

Team get-togethers took a bit of a back seat during Q3, with summer holidays, weddings, honeymoons and even Alex's adventures in Australia keeping everyone busy!
We did, however, manage to squeeze in an early birthday celebration for Dan before he headed back to Canada!
As everyone settles back into their routines, we're looking forward to bringing the team together again for more catch-ups, celebrations and a little fun as we head into the final quarter of 2026!
